How often should I replace my pillow?

Ok so most people would agree that a comfortable pillow is very important to a good nights sleep, but many of us make a crucial mistake when it comes to our comfy favorite pillows…we are holding on to them for way too long and they could even be making us sick.

In fact, pillows should probably be replaced around every six to twelve months, according to the sleep experts. People often talk about how nasty and uncomfortable a mattress gets, but pillows are more frequently forgotten. But experts agree that an old pillow is just not something you want to be around, and here’s why.
