We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Sheets On The Line, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or if the product is faulty in any way, simply return the unused, unwashed + undamaged product to our online team in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

*Please note: sale items work slightly differently. These have a seven-day return policy* if you wish to change your mind to enable us to process the return and put it back into the sale section before the sale ends. If the items are on a final clearance/heavily reduced, the items are non-returnable or refundable. We do not, however, pay for postage or return costs for a change of mind. We think that's fair and we are here to make your online purchase a safe + pleasant experience.

Internationally return / exchange.

We utilise Australia post international for all our overseas orders. We do not take any responsibility for international taxes, duties and charges incurred. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and no returns or refunds will be granted in this case. We require someone to sign for the parcel/s and therefore cannot send to any overseas P.O. Boxes. If you require other overseas destinations (not listed at checkout) please email us for a quotation. All freight for international returns regardless of reason will be at the purchaser's expense.

What warranty applies to your products?
We take great pride in the quality of our products. Attention to design, materials and construction are our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. If within 30 days of receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your item/s for a full refund or exchange*.

*Our warranty applies only to the product, and not the cosmetic appearance of its packaging. We cannot accept returns on special-order items or on items damaged through normal wear and tear or a natural fabric characteristic.

What is the procedure for returning my item?
You will need to Contact Us for a return address details. Please ensure that you include a note that details the issue with the product and also all of your contact and purchase information.

Who pays the postage costs for an item that has to be returned?
Part of our commitment to service is taking care of return postage for any faulty products. We do not, however, pay for postage or return costs for a change of mind. We think that's fair and we are here to make your online purchase a safe + pleasant experience.

I have received my item but the packaging has been damaged during transit - can I change the item?
Package damage during transit is not covered by our terms and conditions or warranty unless the package damage affected the product enclosed. Our warranty applies only to the product, and not the cosmetic appearance of its packaging.

My product has been damaged in transit - what should I do?
Please Contact Us if your order has been received containing either faulty or damaged items. We promise to replace these items, though we do kindly ask that you return the faulty goods to us at your earliest convenience before we replace the item in question.

What if I change my mind?
We all know that terrible feeling all too well, or when you bring an item home and you know it's not quite right for you... To counter this, we're proud to offer our 30-day-change of mind policy. If within 30 days of receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for an exchange or full refund of the merchandise value. If the items are on a final clearance or heavily reduced, they are a non-returnable no refundable. If the items are on a final clearance/heavily reduced, the items are non-returnable or refundable. Simply return the unused, unwashed product to our online team in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. What if I want to exchange my item for something cheaper or more expensive?
We will refund the price difference between your item and the cheaper one, or we will require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one. That seems fair to us.

Please choose carefully when selecting bed linen, quilts, under blankets and pillows, as there is no exchange on used items due to the related Australian Health Acts.
